Finnish sauna

The Finnish sauna is a traditional Finnish sauna, also known as a dry sauna. Staying in it induces a blissful feeling of relaxation and improves health. In addition, the steam created by pouring water over the hot stones positively ionises the air. This treatment has an excellent effect on our body, reducing feelings of fatigue, nervousness and anxiety. During the stay in the sauna, the organism is cleansed of metabolic products and toxins. Warming up the body causes the blood vessels to dilate, improves blood circulation, firms the skin and removes muscle and joint pain. Breathing frequency increases and lung ventilation is significantly improved. The best time for a Finnish sauna bath is in the late afternoon or evening.
