Nordic sauna
The Nordic sauna in our complex is located on the outdoor terrace. Alternating between high temperatures and then low temperatures - cooling down the body in the shower - is a great „workout” for the circulatory system.
The Nordic sauna has a positive effect on the body's respiratory, immune and performance systems.
